I’m Mark, Living in the Cradley in the Black Country. I have had CES for 4 years and 1 month at the time of writing this, it all came as a bit of a shock as I had accident no incident to cause it, I simply got out of bed.
I volunteer to help as I had minimal help and information until I found this group. Reading the stories I really felt peoples worries and concerns, their negativity needed turning to positivity, I ‘d had been there.
Its been great to talk and help others along their journey.
