Our FREE Helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm.
All calls are answered by someone with a lived experience of Cauda Equina Syndrome. We offer peer support to anyone affected by CES, or those who think they may be experiencing Red Flags and want more information. Although not medically qualified, we can offer advice about your concerns and worries.
